How to read those four together
Coverage says how many fields the system attempted. Auto-accept says how many it
was willing to ship unreviewed. Operator edit rate says how often it was wrong when it
was confident. Escaped error rate says how often everything failed at once. A vendor
quoting only the first number is quoting the easiest one — coverage rises simply by
guessing more.
